On the day of the Florida primary I will float some supporting comments about Mitt Romney. Not that he is a genius or an accomplished orator or even would make a great President. All that is irrelevant to the key issue of Capitalism which is at stake here as everyone in the world appears to be tearing it down. Mitt Romney represents capitalism at its best. Sure we might be a little jealous of his money but the fact that he can raise money in a free market system and proceed to buy and start companies and thereby create wealth through the process of making them efficient and grow. Well it is a miracle limited to the most sophisticated of democracies and should never be vilified by power mongering politicians who want handouts for their supposedly oppressed constituents. Any more than Bill Gates should be criticized for putting us all in the computer age. Believe it or not anyone can do what Mitt Romney did. I did it, I bought companies and so can anyone else. Capitalism is about hard work and risk taking to make the world better. To sling mud on the concept of Capitalism is not only to brandish ignorance on a large scale but it degrades our great country by calling into question one of its key founding principles.
